FINE SCHEDULE FOR VIOLATION

Per the passage of the amended bylaws, the board reserves the right to set a specific fine schedule in excess of $25. 


Please note that warning notices will not be provided as all of bylaws, rules and regulations are posted on the website and have been for 3 years. A rules violation is subject to a fine being issued as follows


  • Illegal Dumping in dumpster or on sides of dumpster $350 
  • Parking Violation $150
  • Pet Waste Violation $125 
  • Nuisance to Neighbors $25/day 


All fines will be enforced immediately and added to your common charge balance due. 


Your neighbors and the board will validate the infraction with a picture of the violation and that picture will be attached as a supporting evidence of the infraction. Contested rules violations are subject to a hearing per the bylaws. 


To avoid these issues please inform your tenants and guests and take some ownership and have pride in OUR property and neighborhood.
